Is the Video Studio free to use?
Signing up is free and comes with free credits — no card needed. Those free credits run the Wan 2.2 14B models only; Seedance, Kling, MiniMax and the rest of the lineup unlock with your first credit pack. Clips are pay-as-you-go: 1,000 credits = $1, packs start at $10, and the exact price of a clip is shown before you generate it.
Which video models can I use?
The text-to-video lineup runs Seedance 2.5 and 2.0, MiniMax H3 and H3-Max, Kling v3 Pro, Wan 2.6 through Wan 3.0 and Happy Horse 1.1. Most of them animate stills too, in Image to Video. You can switch model between generations without losing your prompt.
Can I make videos with sound?
Yes. Seedance, MiniMax H3, Kling v3 and the newer Wan generations render synced audio with the clip - dialogue, sound effects and ambience - which is what makes them usable for UGC ads, talking-head shots and voiceover straight out of the model.
What happens to my credits if a video fails?
On most of the lineup they come straight back. When a clip ends in failure - including one blocked by content moderation - the credits are returned to your balance automatically, and the error tells you that you weren't charged. The exceptions are Kling v3 Pro, Kling 3.0 Turbo Pro and Wan 2.2 14B, which run on providers that charge us for failed jobs, so those clips stay billed. Every generation is itemised in Usage, where a returned charge is marked Refunded.
